It had been worked out and improved the methods of in vitro maturation and fertilization of cow oocytes and following embryo development for the in vitro production of viable bovine morulae and blastocysts.Localization of centromeric heterochromatin in autosomes and sex chromosomes of different meiotic stage cow oocytes and in vitro produced preimplantation bovine embryos had been revealed with the use of chromosome C-banding technique with our modifications.
