Olyanych V. Development of a sugar industry on Left - coast Ukraine (in the end ХІХ - in the beginning ХХ centuries)

The dissertation is the first complex work in domestic historiography about development of a sugar industry on Ukraine - one of two main regions of execution of sugar in the country in the end ХІХ - in the beginning ХХ centuries. The basic sugar questions of research are devoted to study of material base of a industry, technical progress in branch, development of raw base of a sugar industry; formations of the staff of a sugar industry in region; executions and merchandising of production of sugar factories, governmental policy in the field of execution and merchandising of sugar. Is judged, that governmental norm setting of execution and merchandising of sugar during 1895-1914 rather efficiently has affected development of branch.
