The thesis is dedicated to the study of features of a clinical picture and parameters of the " flow-volume " curve and the bodyplethysmography for the patients with bronchial asthma. Gravity and reversibility of obstruction, the structure of bronchial permeability types has been established, the functional equivalents of morphological changes in lungs have been revealed. The monitoring of parameters of external breathing at 3,6,9 weeks of an out-patient treatment by Berodual, Ditek, has revealed instability of airway: preservation of bronchus's hyperreactivity, increase of obstructive and emphysematous changes in the lungs.The usage for the treatment Inhacort has been promoted to clinic-functional stability for the patients with a middle-severe asthma
