Object of research: city with monobranch structure of production. The purpose of research: elaboration of the organizational and economical form and methods of management of development of city on the principes of mutual interest of local self-management and economic subdivisions of city in association and effective utilization local labour, material and financial resources. Methods of research and equipment: a dialectic method of knowledge of the validity, scientific methods of the system approach to the analysis of city and management by it, methods of the analysis and synthesis, constructions of dynamic numbers, definition of logic and statistical interdependence of the factors, which define socio economic development of city.
