The theoretical and methodical aspects of territorial organization of the administrative region total resources potential are systemyzed, generаlized and promoted in the dissertation. The influence of the variety of factors and conditions on the formation of the Volhyn Region total resources potential is analysed. The values of nature resourсes, labour and productive potentials of the Volhyn Region administrative districts that are the components of the total resourсes potential are calculated. The peculiarities and the territorial differentiation in levels of providing of the Volhyn Region population with nature, labour and productive resourсes of the region are found out and estimated. The types of nature resourсes potential of the Region are distinguished; the series of the cartography models is worked out; the main straights of optimization of the Volhyn Region total resourсes potential usage as well as the main ways of priority divelopment of this territory's economic complex are defined.
