Essay

For the first time a complex study of morphogenesis of a duodenum from the moment of its laying till birth had been carried out. The change of topographo-anatomic interrelations of a duodenum with the adjacent organs in a period of antenatal life was observed. The regularities in the change of the form and sizes of a duodenum during the prenatal ontogenesis of a human were determined. The obtained data enable to learn the reasons of the origin of structure and topography variants of a duodenum in process of embryogenesis, to establish morphological preconditions of the presence of some congenital defects in the development of a duodenum.
