The criteria of injury and corresponding compensatory reactions of the liver in dif-ferent levels of structure organization during first 7 days after skin cryodestruc-tion were established using histologic, electron-microscopic, macro- and micromor-phometric, biochemical and statistic methods of examination.It was shown that after skin cool injury the main destructive and dystrophic changes of liver were localized around central veins. The most manifested changes on microscopic and electron microscopic levels were revealed on 7 day after thermal skin injury.
