Object of research: the premises and the course of negotiable process on Riga's peace conference, the confrontation between Soviet Ukraine and Ukrainian People's Republic. Purpose of research: developing the conceptions of a connection between internal political situation and foreign policy; analysis of the conference's problems. Results, novelty: complex analysis of the role of Soviet Ukraine in the negotiable process and in the achivement of peace agreement. Fields of application: teaching of the history of Ukraine; preparing of a manuals and research works on the history of Ukraine.
