It was established that in MINP one could observe a tendency to increase of the big ganglia sizes in the caudal direction as well as an increase in the percentage of big neurocytes. A cut of the right vagus nerve (RVN) and a legation of the left ventricular artery (LVA), in early research terms, causes pronounced changes in the structure and blood supply of the MINP ganglia: increase of medium neurocytes number and the ganglion area which is occupied by one neurocytes, rarefying of MCB, a decrease of the blood flow bed volume, a decrease of the blood vessels adrenergic innervation. These changes accompanied by proliferation of neurogilia cells.
