The awthor studied spreading and dinamics of endometritis in cows under the conditions of the same farm during 10 years; reasons which cause the disease and methods of its effective diagnostic Mishchenko I.P. elaborated measures for pre-venting endometritis and treatment of sick cows.According to the data of long-term clinical and morphological study a new antibacterial preparation - probioticа from strain Bacillus subtilis was found to be highli effective means for treating cows with obstetrical and gynaecological pathology.
