The group of small sea/river-going ship combined (SSRS) up to 1000 tones deadweight with specific features and relations between the main characteristics are selected. It is set that their block coefficients are tolerant of the ship speed ratio changes but their main dimensions are variable from capacity. The regression relations are estimated and the algorithm of preliminary SSRS design is developed for alternative operational requirements.
