The forming of feeling of rhythm in children of junior school age. In the work were used the following methods of researches: the analysis and generalizations of the scientific literature; pedagogical observations, pedagogical experiment, - with the use of such techniques: а) diagnostics and formation of rhythm feeling with the use of computer models, б) control exercises; methods of mathematics-statistical data processing. There is generalized and analysed the experience of theory and practice concerning formation of rhythm in physical culture and sports. There is developed the technique of testing of rhythm feeling with the help of computer. There is established, that best of all the are reproduced by pupils the components of rhythms, in which the time intervals are in boundaries from 0,05 - to 0,2. The best indexes of rhythm feeling are in children 8 years old, what gives grounds to consider this age - sensitive in rhythm formation. The formation of previous imagination about a rhythm of the exerc ise "the jump in length from start" - leads to in improvement of length of a jump on 5 %. The proved effectiveness of the developed technique of a rhythm feeling in children of junior school age. The basic results of research are introduced into practice of work of comprehensive schools of Lviv.
