Essay

Diagnosis and treatment of 117 children under 3 years of age with Hirschsprung's disease were studied. The tactics of the treatment of children before age of 3 years was developed. It was noted, that one-stage procedure is the method of choice where complications has not developed yet. In complicated cases it is prudent to place colostomy on the transitional zone of aganglionosis. Clinical efficacy of new method was estimated after endorectal colonic pull-through with hand-sewn anastomosing. Stapler anastomosis was suggested for this operation
