.Based on complex assessment of natural history of transient synovitis in 164 children, as well as radiological (US and X-ray), of structural changes of hip joint in different stages of the disease and investigation of immunological changes leading to clinical sings and symptoms of the disease, basic risk factors for development of the disease were determined; children were gathered in groups for priority follow-up; criteria for differential diagnostics of the disease were established as well as the protocol of pathogenetically based treatment with assessment of early and long-term result.
