Essay

The conception of forming of children's cognitive interest as a necessary component of the training process for preschool institutions and preparing the children for school study are grounded in the research. The author presents the results of the experimental study of means to form children's cognitive interest. Forming methods of cognitive interest components are time-tested. The contents of the organization of the developing training for the senior preschool children's educational forming processes is defined. The author investigates the system of the preschool child's realization his/her own nature while choosing the activity in the playing and education environment, where the cognitive need is realized. It has a tendency to transform into a stable cognitive interest.
