The dissertation is devoted to study the clinical and morphological estimation of acute destructive pneumonia's changes by action of the replaced surfactant therapy in child age. The endotracheal instillation of the "Sucrim" remedy and in mixture with antibiotic using for antibacterial therapy in connection with the short course of monoantibiotical therapy is the effective method of infiltrative form therapy of acute destructive pneumonia in child age. This method allows to shorten the time of children's treatment of children in surgical department and it leads to reducing the patients medical load
