The subject of investigation: dogs of service breeds. The research aim: experimental and theoretic validation of some hepatic dystrophy pathogenesis question in dogs. investigation of information indicators of functional state of liver for early diagnostics of pathology and application possibilities for RBS-King in the complex therapy of the secondary hepatic dystrophy is another aim of the dissertation. Methods: clinical, biochemical, immunological. The physiological limits of certain indicators of functional state of liver in dogs of service breeds. The most informative for diagnostics of hepatic dystrophy in dogs are AST and ALT. The scheme for puppies treatment hepatic dystrophy was elaborated and tested. Scientific value: experimental and theoretic validation of etiology and pathogenesis for hepatic dystrophy, hepatic gastroenteral and hepatorenal syndroms, methodology of use of RBS-King for profilactics and treatment of hepatic dystrophy. Suggestions: a diagnostic method for hepatic dystrophy and a treatment scheme for dogs. Implementation into practice: The National Veterinary Medicine Administration of Ministry of Agriculture of Ukraine has adopted the indications for application of RBS-King. Field of application: Veterinary Medicine.
