The dissertation is a social-philosophical research of social and right state as a subject of contraversion. Kinds of philosophical paradigms are analyzed: liberalism's, marxism's, positivism's, a.o. The dissertation specifies that basic problem of right and social state philosophy is the universal development of personality. Basic directions of classical and modern concepts of social and right state are described, possibilities and perspectives of this subject are revealed.
