The object of the research is the process of social pedagogues professional training in higher school for the organization of socio- rearing activity.The aim of the research is in working out and practicing the content,psychological and pedagogical conditions and technologies of social pedagogues' preparation for their work in the sphere of leisure activity.Structural,content and criteria сharacteristic characteristics characteristics of social pedagogues readiness for the organization of young educationa-people and adolescents educational-leisure activity has been defined and reasoned. The educational periods and main criteria of students'organizational-methodical training for this kind of activity have beensubstantiated and experimentally led.
