Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of treatment of bronchial asthma patients using pathogenetically grounded technique of intermittent hypoxia training in complex with traditional treatment. It has been noted that the level of the course of the disease determines the advisability of using this method. Adaptation to intermittent hypoxia has been established to stimulate ventilation capabilities of the lungs, T-immunodeficiency, correction disimmunoglobulinaemia and correct regional ventilation heterogeneity and pulmonary circulation preferably in mild and middle bronchial asthma severity. For diagnostics of microdisturbances circulation at the bronchial asthma patients the morphological method of a research of a state of peripheral vessels in skin biopsies.
