Essay

The dissertation is devoted to question of the frost-formation on heat-exchanging surfaces of the air-coolers in the hambers storage of dairy products.The investigation on the experimental stand and computer model showed presence of the maximum in the process of the frost-formation , determining of experiments from five factors.The method elaborated and program complex for calculation of the optimal constructions of the air-coolers with the self--formatting parameters are proposed.The criterion of the economic efficiency is served by size of the specific given expenses.
