Essay

The work presents assessment of cerebral cortex morphofunctional changes conformities in severe thermal trauma and after sorption detoxication. It is revealed that severe thermal trauma causes remarkable structural changes in cerebral cortex, their character and expressiveness depend on stage of burn disease. In the early periods adaptive-compensatory processes has developed in the morphofunctional triad of the cerebral cortex somatosensory zone "capillary-neuroglia-neurocyte". In the later periods that processes has become and deep destructive changes are developing in the cerebral cortex. It is revealed enterosorbent enterosgel usage to result in decreasing of the endogenic intoxication level, stabilization of triad condition and it stimulates the intracellular regenerative processes.
