Komarova O. Improvements in preparation of qualified personel on the regional level (Kirovograd region, Ukraine)

The system of preparation of qualified personnel of the region.Elaboration of the theoretical-methodological principles and recomendations about effective function of this system in market economy. The methods of research: economic-mathematical, sociological, model simulate. The conceptual approaches to management of preparation of qualified personnel in region were substatiated and worked out. The recommendations for the organization of monitoring researches in the sphere of preparation of qualified personnel have been suggested. Main approaches of this work were inculcated by Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, regional department of Labor and employment of population. Sphere of utilization: education, management of labor resources.
