The dissertation is devoted to the study of phenomenon premature centromere division of metaphase chromosome (PCD) as diagnostic and prognostic marker by acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in children. Was demonstrated: this phenomenon is typical marker of acute phase in ALL, metaphase cells with PCD can will be of caurs aneuploid cariotype; C-anaphase in acute phase by ALL demonstrate positive corelation with prognosis of diseas.
