The object of research is advancing of the contents and know-hows of vocational training of pedagogical staff for a system preschool and elementary education. The purpose of research theoreticaly is to justify and experimenticaly to approve efficiency of know-how opening-up of the students to training of engineering reading the children of 6-7 years. The methods of testing are idealized, empirical, statistical. Idealized outcomes and the novelty is theoretically justified the concept of opening-up of the future teachers to training the engineering of reading the children of 6-7 years; the efficiency combination of the pedagogical conditions ensuring efficiency of mastering by the students of indicated functional aspect of professional work is determined; the essence psy-physiological gears of initial reading and quickreading is rendered concrete; the main inconsistencies and relations conditioning full value formation of engineering the reading aloud and were silent for children of 6-7 years a t stages foneticaly combined, semantic and optimal reading are detected. Practical outcomes and the novelty is designed didactical model of installment formation of professional readiness of the students to implementation of a function of training of engineering of reading the children of 6-7 years in "ABC" and "postABC" periods of mastering by the bases of the letter; approved adequately age features the children of 6-7 the system of the exercises which have permitted to supply a heredity and eligibility between stages the phoneticaly- combined, semantic and optimal reading years; the system of tasks and professional exercises for the students on formation for children of valuable skill of reading is differentiated in view of their representative errors; the technique of diagnostic of a degree of efficiency of pedagogical activity of the students and level of their readiness to implementation of know-how of training of children to engineering of reading is designed. Subject and degree of an intrusion the c onclusions and guidelines of research are inserted. Efficiency of an intrusion is high. The orb of usage is pedagogical, preschool and initial putting.
