The object of research is advancing of the contents and know-hows of vocational training of pedagogical staff for a system preschool and elementary education. The purpose of research theoreticaly is to justify and experimenticaly to approve efficiency of know-how opening-up of the students to training of engineering reading the children of 6-7 years. The methods of testing are idealized, empirical, statistical. Idealized outcomes and the novelty is theoretically justified the concept of opening-up of the future teachers to training the engineering of reading the children of 6-7 years; the efficiency combination of the pedagogical conditions ensuring efficiency of mastering by the students of indicated functional aspect of professional work is determined; the essence psy-physiological gears of initial reading and quickreading is rendered concrete; the main inconsistencies and relations conditioning full value formation of engineering the reading aloud and were silent for children of 6-7 years a t stages foneticaly combined, semantic and optimal reading are detected.
