Ostankova L. The strategy of business activity of economic individuals

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of forming the strategy of the business activity of economic individuals in the unstable economical conditions produced by the Ukrainian economics' transition to the developed market relations. A new trend in viewing the problem of taking strategic decisions on the basis of the economical risks factors is developed in the present work. It has been stated that the enterprises of entrepreneur structure are the most vulnerable but at the same time the most perspective ones in modern conditions. A possibility of adaptation of the strategic decisions of small and medium enterprises to changing social and economic conditions of their functioning has been cleared up. The ways to form the strategy on the basis of modelling enterprises' behaviour in hypothetical conditions formed by outward influence have been suggested. The main results of this investigation have found their practical application in taking optimal strategic decisions by small and medium enterprises.
