Object of research: dynamics of labor force use on enterprises of different ownership types and co-related value of labor in conditions of market relations' formation. Purpose of research: development of social and economic model of labor evaluation, economic and organization forms of its use enhancement in conditions of co-existing of different ownership forms. Methods of research: economic-statistic, theoretic-economic and conceptual-comparative analysis, systematization, comparison, forecasting-deductive, logic-inductive, system analysis and structure-functional methods, empiric-diagnostic, observational, forecasting, practologistics. Results: labor as an activity art specific relation of human to the environment, interaction of subject and object, containing the aim in self, purpose, process and result. An activity cannot be sold or bought. Representation of labor in form of goods is nothing else than determination of labor force as goods; labor force as goods has its price, evaluated in cost of v ital facilities, necessary for life of its beholder. As specific goods it could be economically and socially defended by the State. The law of Demand and Supply become a regulator on labor market; self-evaluation of labor force in new economic conditions is become apparent in aspiration of its wielder to self-survival by legal employment in nongovernmental sector of economy or by supply of own labor force in shadow sector; for successful market transformation and social-economic policy in country it is necessary to transfer facts of self-evaluation of labor force. Novelty: social-economic peculiarities of labor force containing during transformational period and under conditions of well developed market conditions are uncovered; main parts of labor market as economic system "human-labor" and objective basis of labor evaluation are determined; methodic approaches to analysis and regional forecasting of labor employment are determined; system of indexes for the evaluation of human labor and algorithm of estimat ion of new labor places introduction is proved and proposed.
