The dissertation is dedicated to problems for perfecting of the "know-how" of volumetric sections of superships with application robotic system for welding. In a dissertation the numerical method is modified and the new indexes of an estimation of fabricability of large-sized ship constructions in conditions of a computeraided production represented/ The complex estimation of fabricability of bottom sections of the bulker is executed at usage gantry robot of corporations "IGM".Thechnological tolerances are established at execution of the roboting welding of vertical fillets experimentally. The base scientific outcomes of operation have found operational use on shipbuilding yards of the Nikolaev (Ukraine).
