Essay

The dissertation is devoted to new tanks insulate technology at manufacturing and modernization of ship’s for liquid cargoes carriage in warm up up to temperature 130 265 C, such as sulfur, asphalt, bitumen, synthetic pitches. The developed technology allows to transfer the basic volume of insulating works to shop conditions, with the help of a new technology of ship’s hull sections manufacturing with the preliminary thermal insulation put. In a basis of this work is situate the principles of stabilization of thermal losses from a surface of cargo tanks and increasing of ecological ship’s safety, that is achieved on the basis of physical model development for reception of new refractory heatinsulating layer structure – syntactic cellular glass. The main scientific results have found practical application at the shipbuilding enterprises.
