Udovyts'kyj D. Automation system nesting sheet of materials in shipbuilding

The structural system analysis of the data domain of the materials sheet nesting is executed in the dissertation. The functional and information aspects are investigated and the specification of an automated system of sheet nesting of materials is developed. The methods of automatic shaping of the nesting plans and assignment of routes for details cutting are developed. The offered methods ensure the fulfillment of technological requirements, allow to take into account organizational features of production, to minimize thermal deformations, the cost of electric power and working gases during thermal cutting. The methods of automatic account and use of the rests are developed. For overcoming the defects of the technological preparation organization of the production the project of the automated workbench of the technologist is developed.
