Methods of substantiation of technical and economical indices of investment building projects for erecting of civil engineering structures at the stage of pre-project analysis. The actuality of this work is in the analysis of project solutions for erecting the civil engineering objects in. The investigations on the definition, systematization and classification of organizing and technological factors, that influence the cost, duration and labour-intensiveness of building were done. These factors can be defined at the stage of pre-project analysis of building. According to the proposed methods the economical statistical models were obtained and tested. The calculation of relative economical effectiveness for all proposed groups of civil engineering buildings was performed
