. A research Object - The object of investigation is a political and law process of formation and evolution of repressins' system conserning Crimean Tatars. The Aim of the research - The purpose of the dissertation is an elucidation of the state policy conserning Crimean Tatars in condition of deportation and it's conseguences. The Methods of research and equipment -. Such universal scientific principles as historicity, objectivity, logictivity have been taken as the methodological base of the work. Such methods as historical - genetic, historical - systematic, historical - comparative were also used. The practical results and novelty - The scientific and practical meaning is that the results of the investigation can be used when writing the summarized works on history of Ukraine, Crimea and Crimean Tatars. The scientific novelty of the dissertation is that it's for the first time when the period of deportation of Crimean Tatars and their status in conditions of the special settlers' regime and afte r it's abolition are elucidated in complex. A subject and degree of introduction. - The subject of the investigation is state organs' measures which regulated the economic, social, political and law status of Crimean Tatars in conditions of deportation. Efficiency of introduction - Conclusions made in the dissertation were used in lectures on history of Ukraine and Crimea in the Crimean State Industrial Pedagogical Institute.
