3. Object of research: The activity of technicums system of the USSR in the 20-ies XX century. Aim of research: complex study of the history of making of secondary special education in Ukraine in 1922-1930. Results and novelty: 1) for the first time the complex investigation on history of secondary special education in Ukraine in 1922-1930 was created; 2) the archives documents, the materials of the statistical collections, publication were introduced to scientific turn; 3) the questions were further development and specified of ukrainization and proletarization of the special schools of medium level; 4) the information about the function of technicums of the national minorities was supplemented; 5) the new decisions of separate problems (practice of the pupils, graduates from technicums, the provision of the national economy USSR with specialists of middle qualification) were suggested in dissertation. Sphere of usage: a course of Ukrainian history, specialized courses in problems of the cultural buil ding and people education.
