Antioxidative effect of PCC-M was proved on the model of experimental allergic bronchospasm. It gave a possibility to join it to the complex therapy of chronic obstructive bronchitis patients (СОВ). PCC-M in complex therapy of СОВ allows to raise the effectiveness of treatment and comparably with tokopherol acetatis allows to receive the improvement of such clinical symptoms, аs breathlessness, cough. Stabilizing effect on oxidative-antioxidative system, decrease of level of endogenous intoxication, normalisation of number and functional activity of immunocompetentive cells were observed.
