Al' A. The increasing of performance efficiency of horizontal water sumps (for the conditions of Jordan)

The Object of research: Horizontal plumbing settlers. Purpose of research: Augmentation of effectiveness of work and reliability of exploitation of horizontal plumbing settlers. Methods of research and equipment: Experimental with the usage of spectrometer UR-20, electron microscope ЭМ-200 and others. Theoretic and practical results: The regularities of processes of sedimentation of coagulated additions in the settlers during processing of water with activated solution of the coagulant are found out. The novelty is: In elaboration of the mathematical model and program for the PC for the forecasting the quality of water treatment using activated solution of the coagulant. Object and degree of implementation: Documentation for the activator of the reagents are delivered for implementation to plumbing and sewage companies of Kramatorsk and Kaliningrad cities and to the Department of the Municipal Economy of the city of Irbid (Jordan). Effectiveness of implementation: The estimated annual economical effect for the water supply systems of the city of Irbid makes USD 11460. Scope of the usage: Sewage disposals of the water supply systems of the water-supply of the settlement city.
