Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of an important scientific and technical problem of an approach development to the universal mathematical methods of parameters optimization of water supply system components position. This approach includes suppliers and houses-consumers. It takes into account technical and economic approaches of construction and further corresponding systems operation. It aims to the complex raising of the technical and economic indicators of project decisions, both at the design stage and at the operation stage. Mathematical approaches are created for external water service networks parameters modeling. These methods are based on the discrete modeling application of external water service networks optimal parameters by means of applied geometry. These means allow to obtain the most efficient configuration coordinates of the water service system. Special target functions at geometrical models’ optimization of water service systems are offered. They allow essential savings both on construction and installation works and on the work cost of the further service and network repair. The relative indicators of the cost of construction and operation of pipelines of efficient water service systems are determined. Geometric modeling of the construction territory according to relative cost indicators at external water service networks optimization is offered. The modeling block of relative expenses values distribution of land plots of the building territory is developed. The modeling block of optimum placement of knots of a water service network is created. The structure of algorithms program realization of modeling of effective external systems of water service is developed.
