Object of research: branch innovation projects and tendencies of usage of financial resources of the regional innovation funds. Aim of research: improvement of the scientific-methodical approaches to the economic estimate of ecological-innovation projects and elaboration of the economic mechanism of the realization of ecological innovations. Methods of research: system-structural, comparative, statistical methods, economical-mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results and new points: a new social-economic essence of the notion "ecological innovation" is systematically substantiated, the principles of the selection and economic substantiation of the ecologically directed innovation projects has acquired further development. Subject and level of integration: economical relations, arising owing to elaboration, creation and introduction of the ecological innovation and also the effectiveness of the economical mechanism of the innovation development management.
