Much attention is paid to the basic geographical-ecological aspects in the functioning of agricultural production under certain conditions of market relations in agricultural complex of the country. Some factors of formation of agro-resourse potential and ecological aspect of its usage are analyzed. Organizational-structural geography of agricultural production on the territory of the Chernivtsi region is investigated. Great influence of different farms on the ecology of the region and correlation of plantings.
