A scientific grounding of the composition and technology of created for the first time drug "Antisept FD" in tableted medicinal form - foam-forming intrauterus sticks of furazolidon and dioxydine for the prophylactic measures and treatment of large horned cattle with endometritis is given in the thesis. The drug stability in the process of storage has been proved. The methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the active pharmaceutical ingredients in the sticks have been developed. The antimicrobial spectrum, therapeutical effectivety and relatively harmlessness of the preparation have been determined. The normative-technical documentation for the sticks is worked out, their technology is introduced into industry.
