The concept of social organization of a civilized society is studied in its historycal evolution. High priority of the problem discussed is due to the fact that the existing theoretical views influencing the creation of reformistic solutions are not adequate to the established realities. The dissertation justifies some ways of forming a concept of social organization of a civilized society in its evolutional changes: its advent, its asseption, tendencies of modern development. Its scientific novelty is presented by a philosophic analysis of social organization of a civilized society.
