The object of t study - Soviet Ukraine Political Culture of 20 th. The objective of study: complex analysis of Soviet Ukraine Political Culture of the New Economic Policy Period. Methods: structure-systematical, statistically-analytical, problematically-chronological, comparative. The basic research problems include: consolidation and realisation mechanism of political bolshevism culture in Ukraine, ways and forming methods of new social priorities and political consciousness among population, reflecting political and cultural changes in the country sing (denotation) system. It was proved that deep political and cultural changes took place in the Ukrainian society of the 20-th. Although communist political culture was directed against the Ukrainians as a political nation they failed to achieve the results.
