Dz'oban' O. Socializiation of serviceman in conditions of transformation of the Ukrainian society (social-philosophical analysis)

The complete conception of socialization of personality in transforming society has been expounded in the dissertation. The object of investigation is socialization both as process and result of integration of individual in society. The subject of research is a specific character of socialization in condition of transformation of the Ukrainian society. The aim of research is realization of social-phylosophic analysis of socialization and its peculiarities during military service in modern conditions; is elaboration of recommendations to improvement on process of socialization of serviceman. The main regularities of interaction by individual and Armed Forces during its integration in society have been investigated. The content, essence and peculiarities of socialization of individual in military environment have been revealed. The tendencies and contradictions of process of socialization in modern conditions have been determined. A ways of optimization of socialization of serviceman in the transforming Ukrainian society have been proposed
