The research object is social-cultural reality. The aim of the research is theoretical explication of the conceptual changes process as logical reconstruction of philosophy discurs of marginal periods in social-philosophy cognition; explication of the cause essence which stipulates fundamental changes of concepts and changes of social-philosophy methodologems. The principles of the dialectical methodology of cognition of public development sinergetic methodology and methodological principles of piecemeal social engineering have been used. The cause essence of the fundamental changes of concepts and changes of social-philosophy methodologems have been explicated. The universal and unique methodological invariants of socio-cultural marginality have been determined. The marginal philosophy-methodological treatment is given. The logic of philosophy-methodological preference of motherland social philosophers in modern marginal period have been marked
