Zablots'ka K. Social structure of heavy industry werkers of Ukraine in the years 1960-1985

The Thesis is devoted to the exploration of social structure of workers in key brances of Ukrainian heavy industriy - coal, machine-building, chemical and metallurgical branches in 1960 - 1985. The author doesn't research the workers as individuals, but studies their social strata, which ara formed under the influence of social and economical heteroheneity of labour. General relularities and branch pecularities of social strata's development are characterized according to the contents and nature of of the work, the level of qualification, general education and wages. It is proved that under all the formation pecularities the development of social structure of workers in heavy industry of Ukraine in 1960-1985 objectively depended on technical progress, corresponded to the industrial stage and was in accordance with direction of the whole civilization. It will be resumed after modern crisis climination, because it is necessary for the transition to postindustrial society.
