M'yakotkyna G. Features of the structure, growth formation of the bones of skeleton under influence of the action of steam of formaldehyde (anatomical - experimental Research)

The dissertation is devoted to the features of growth, structure and formation of the bones of skeleton under influence of action of the steam of formaldehyde. Anatomical, histological, morphometrical, chemical and mathematical methods of research have been used. It was established that intoxication by steam of formaldehyde causes morphofunctional changes in all kinds of bones of the skeleton. Revealing and orientation of these changes depend on age of the organism, duration's of influence and concentration of the steam of formaldehyde. The introduction of piracetam on a background of influence of the steam of formaldehyde levels the osteotoxical action and with it help normalizes the osteogenesis. The results of the researches are introduced into the educational process of faculties of anatomy of the man in medical HIGH SCHOOLS.
