The genetic distinctions in reaction of modelling objects to action of temperature and microwave irradiation and changes of bioelectrical properties of cell nuclei under influence of these and number of other factors were studied. It was found that microwave biological effects depends on silkworm embryo stage, individual genotype and irradiation parameters. The possibility of inheritance of microwave biological effects from silkworm irradiation on early stages of ontogenesis was demonstrated. The ontogenetic changes of cell nuclei electrokinetic properties of silkworm caterpillars were established. The influence of temperature, microwave irradiation and starvation on bioelectrical properties of cell nuclei was found. The theoretical value of the received results consists in deepening our representations about long modifications' nature and microwave biological effects' mechanisms.
