Mel'nyk V. The prophylactic and treatment of non-specific bronchopneumonia in calves using cytomedines from cattle's lungs

The subject of investigation: calves before tree mounth years old. The research aim: obtain the preparation of cytomedines from the cattle lung tissue, to study its prophylactic and treatment features at non-specific bronchopneumonia in calves. Methods: clinical, biochemical, immunological. There was perfected receiving technology of cytomedines from the cattle lung tissue. There was worked out usage methodalogy of the preparation for prophylactic and treatment of non-specific bronchopneumonia in calves. Scientific value: there was proved experimentally and theoratically that the preparation of cytomedines stimulates eritropoeses, albumin and immunoglobulin G synthesis, functional activity of neutrophyles, lysocim activity of blood serum, prophylactically acts bronchopneumonia and increases efficiency of therapy in sick calves. Suggestions: the preparation of cytomedines from the lungs tissue, broncholung test. Field of application: Veterinary Medicine.
