Essay

The object of research is a car-care centre system with enterprises of a definite territory. The aim of research is theoretical and experimental basis of optimal ratio of car-care centre enterprises by power for maximum meeting the demand of car owners for services of preventive mainte - nance and repair. Methods of research are analytical and model - experimental which are based on the coception of stable system development, systems analysis of technocenoses and the information selection of modes. The questionnaire investigation of enterprises and PC has been carried out. Theoretical and practical results are as followes: the new technique of setting regularities of rational structure forming of car-care centre system enterprises of industrial centres with different power has been developed which allow to improve considerably the control of their development in financial nature and resource conditions at the expense of essential parameters optimization with the help of the model experiment up to the p ractical realization of such systems; the mathematical model of the percentage ratio estimation of large medium small enterprises of the car-care centre system which meet requirements of hyperbolic distribution of their modes by repetion and stable development of the system as a whole has been developed; methods, the model and the program for numeric composition of car-care centre facilities and trovble shooting zone capacity of enterprises in organization of preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repair of cars by the system "OR-D-UN" have been developed; the new layout of the prospective car-care centre system of service - ability control, transport and elology safety of cars in which feedback, high technology "OR-D-UN" and PC are used has been developed. The extent of introduction: the system has been introduced into DP №3, КпАО "AVТО" GRР "AVTOSAS-DEAU-SERVICE" and ZAO "MOBIL'SERVIC" (Kharkov), the mobile diagnosis" station PDS-LKhSAHTU and GAI (Kharkov). The sphere of application is a car-care centre of U kraine, CIS, foreign countries.
