Slon V. Increasing the durability of power units of transport vehicles using oils with additives based on geomodifier

The dissertation is devoted to solving the current scientific and practical problem of increasing the durability of power units of transport vehicles on the basis of patterns of change of their condition and indicators and operational properties of working motor and transmission oils by adding composite additives based on geomodifier KGMT-1. The results of theoretical researches showing the mechanism of components interaction of a composite additive among themselves and with a working surface of details conjugations and formation of molecules associates. The change of friction modes is substantiated and the increase of power characteristics and wear resistance of moving joints of parts and improvement of parameters and properties of oils of power units with operating time with addition of the offered additive is determined. The results of bench tests on the indicators of external speed characteristics of the power unit and operational tests of the indicators and properties of the modified working oil and the estimation of the service life of transport machines are given.
