Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of evaluation methods and ways to increase the efficiency of vehicle operation with modern power plants by managing the technical condition and modes of movement of vehicles in certain conditions of the infrastructure environment based on the use of intelligent telematics technologies. In the dissertation it is offered methods, models and algorithms by allow to form new structures of telematic support vehicles and infrastructure, manage the technical condition and modes of movement to achieve productivity, energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of vehicles in operational conditions. It is determined that the optimization of the speed, load and thermal state of the power plant increases the integrated criterion of operational efficiency in the real route by 31.3%. An algorithm for evaluating the operational efficiency of the vehicle depending on the level of development telematics support the system "Vehicle-Infrastructure" and its functional elements according to individual criteria of dynamic, economic and environmental properties and integrated criteria.
